Karnataka SSLC results 2017: This year, the SSLC exam was started on March 30 and concluded on April 12. After the exams, the board had made the arrangements for raising objections to the model answers and the window was closed on April 14.According to the board, a notification has said that the grace marks may be awarded if any question is found to be out of syllabus or ambiguous or inconsistent. It shall be the responsibility of the panel for a scheme of evaluation to specifically make a recommendation to the competent authority to include grace marks in the scheme of evaluation in case a question being out of syllabus or ambiguous or inconsistent.


About 8.77 lakh students across the state wrote the examinations which began on March 30. In total, 14 students were debarred, said the Deccan Herald report.The result of Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) will be declared today (May 12) at 3 pm. Once announced, the Karnataka SSLC results 2017 will be available online at kseeb.kar.nic.in. These examinations were held in the month of March. According to reports, 4.69 lakh boys and 4.07 lakh girls totaling nearly 8 lakh students appeared for these exams.

Due to cases of paper leakage reported in the past, this year SSLC board took elaborate measures to prevent leakage of question papers. According to the report, the adequate arrangement was made to complete this examination in the free, fair and transparent manner and also guidelines were issued to ensure timely evaluation of these papers.

Due to heavy traffic, the website may be slow on the day of the results announcement, however, a government official confirmed that proper measures have been taken by the state government to ensure easy, smooth and timely access to Karnataka SSLC results 2017.
